Summer is almost here and that means many of us will be going out of town for a little rest and recuperation. However, vacations usually consist of breaking your regular habits and routines, and going with the flow. Keeping snacks with you, consisting of fruits and nuts, will keep you from stopping at various places to pick up bites to eat to hold you over that are usually jam packed with calories.
